   Assistance with securing Protection Orders
   Enforcement of Protection Orders
   Full Faith and Credit responses by non tribal court systems
   Hearings related to Non compliance of Court Orders
   Court personnel training on the crimes mentioned
   Training related to visitation and custody related to parents who are involved in violent relationships

   More training in regard to investigation of these types of crime
   More training in regard to “primary aggressor”
   A discussion of “cross jurisdictional” responsibilities and issues
   Need for updated tribal codes from which to act
   Has the support from the tribal council or community in order to respond to these types of crimes
   Has a Sex Offender Registry (Adam Walsh Act)
   Plans to implement a Sex Offender Registry (Notice by July 27, 2007)
